Introduction:

Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. ("Diamond") is committed to the right to privacy of participating Alumni. All information collected at this Alumni Website (the "Website") will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed without prior consent. By electing to participate and completing a personal profile Alumni agree to accept this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing (including international transfer) of personal data as described herein. Diamond reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time and for any reason, so please check back periodically. If you have any questions or if you wish to withdraw consent at any time, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Purpose

Diamond collects personal information directly from Alumni on the Website in order to maintain the Alumni directory contained on the Website, to enable Alumni to remain in touch with the firm and each other, and to enable current employees to stay in touch with former colleagues. By electing to participate and completing a personalized profile, Alumni consent to the use of this information for this purpose.

Type of Information Collected

During registration, Alumni electing to participate are asked to create an online profile. This profile may contain such information as the Alumnus' name, e-mail address and/or employer and current position. Participating Alumni are asked to keep their profile details current to ensure that the contact information on the online Alumni directory is as accurate as possible in order to benefit those using the Alumni directory.

Browser Information Collected on the Website

Diamond analyzes its website logs to constantly improve the value of the materials available on website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Use of Cookies

Cookies may be used on some areas of our site. A cookie is generated by a software application on a website server which enables it to customize services to the interests of the user by tracking the user's navigation through a small text file on the user's hard drive.

It is Diamond's policy to use cookies to make the use of our websites easier for visitors and to facilitate efficient registration procedures. In most cases, a visitor can refuse a cookie and still fully navigate our websites.

If you are concerned about cookies, most browsers now recognize when a cookie is offered, and permits users to opt-out of receiving it. If you are not sure whether your browser has this capability, you should check with the software manufacturer or your Internet service provider.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information

Information will only be disclosed to other Diamond Alumni participants and current Diamond employees if an Alumnus agrees to that disclosure in his or her profile. Information will not be disclosed to other third parties except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as may be required by law or to contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Diamond's Terms of Use or causing injury to or interference with Diamond's rights or property or to other Alumni users. We may also send you communications from time to time, for example to advise you of upcoming events or seminars, which may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such mailings please contact us.

Sensitive Personal Data

We do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal data through the Website. If we ever do seek to collect such data, we will ask Alumni to consent to our proposed uses of the data. Please note that by providing us with unsolicited sensitive personal data, you consent to our using the data subject to applicable law. The references to "sensitive personal data" are to the various categories of personal data identified by European and other data privacy laws as requiring special treatment, including in some circumstances the need to obtain explicit consent. These categories comprise personal identity numbers, personal data about personality and private life, racial or ethnic origin, color, nationality, political opinions or convictions, membership of political parties or movements, religious, philosophical or other health or handicap, genetic code, additions, gender, sexual life (including sexual orientation), pregnancy, property matters or penal or criminal conviction or record.

As a global organization, data we collect may be transferred internationally throughout Diamond's worldwide organization. All participating Alumni are required to abide by the terms and conditions of use of the Website regardless of their country of access.

Security

Diamond has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only other Diamond alumni and current employees will be provided access to your profile if you elect to display your contact information. Otherwise, only authorized Diamond personnel will be provided access to personally identifiable information and these employees have agreed to ensure confidentiality of this information. Your profile information is password-protected. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. As a result, Diamond cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will strive to ensure its security on our systems.
