For the protection of all participants in the Diamond Alumni Website (the "Website"), we require that each participant and each Diamond employee accessing the Website read and accept the following Terms of Use.

Eligibility of Use

In general, this Website is available to all alumni ("Alumni") of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Diamond") and current Diamond employees. However, Diamond reserves the right to restrict use of the Website by Alumni working for companies that may be viewed as marketplace competitors. Use of the Website indicates acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these Terms of Use. Diamond may periodically modify the Website. Use of the Website as modified indicates acceptance of the modifications and the applicability of these Terms of Use to the Website.

Rules of Use

By using the Website you agree not to (i) extract names for the purpose of direct marketing or other forms of solicitation or any other unsociable form of contact, (ii) post or transmit any data that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, tortious, obscene, pornographic, harassing, racially, sexually or ethnically bigoted or otherwise offensive, (iii) misrepresent your professional affiliation(s), or (iv) use the Website for any unlawful or unintended purpose. You also agree that Diamond has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse to post or to remove any data that in its sole and absolute discretion is deemed objectionable or in violation of these Terms of Use.

User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. Each Alumnus is responsible for keeping his or her options and profile details current to ensure that the online contact information is as accurate as possible and access is only afforded to others with the Alumnus' consent.

While Diamond has made every attempt to ensure that the information contained in the Website has been obtained from reliable sources, Diamond is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of this information. Information on the Website is provided by Diamond on an "as is" basis.
